  • Plus users can post to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google+.
  • Pro users can post to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google+, Pinterest and Instagram.

What type of content is published?

  • Lite users have no control over the content published, as they only have access to the share from blog, auto-shared news feeds and infographics posts.
  • Plus users have limited control over the content published, and access to the above options, as well as shared category posts and the content library.
  • Pro users full control over the content published, and have access to all of the above options, as well as custom auto-posts.

Do users have unlimited access to Advantage Social’s online portal?

Advantage Social is a package based application. User access depends on the package purchased. Those who purchase Advantage Social Lite do not have access to the portal. Those who purchase a Plus and Pro package have access to the portal.

What payment options are available for Advantage Social?

Monthly payments are charged to your credit card each month. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. Any period greater than one month (quarterly, six monthly, or annually) requires payment by credit card, direct deposit or PayPal. Payments by cheque are not accepted.

Am I locked into a contract?

No, none of our services require you to be in a locked in contract. If you wish to cancel your services, all you need to do is contact us and let us know.

Can I get a refund on anything that I have pre-paid?

We do not offer refunds for subscriptions paid in advance. That means that if you subscribe month to month, you may cancel and forfeit the remainder of the months prepayment. Same thing goes for subscriptions paid quarterly, six monthly or yearly in advance. If for some reason, you ask for a refund because of delays or some other issue that is as a result something we have done, then of course we will refund the cost to you.
